Wow long time no post for me! Well...as mentioned elsewhere on this site: I had a bag of Peanut M&Ms for dinner tonight.
Can't be perfect!
It's been a rough couple months for me emotionally so I've not been doing that well with my eating habits, but I haven't really gained. Just stagnated and feel run-down and blobby. I feel like the air is lifting a bit though, and I just dusted off my bike to start riding to work a few times a week when the weather is nice! It's 16 miles, round trip and I think it will really help lift me out of the doldrums and get back on track.
I haven't really been de-stashing, but I've been cruising through my queue!
