honeycomb sample
I knitted this honeycomb cable stitch. Very interesting 3-d effect.




I think it would be even better if I could put a different color in the base of the design. Has anyone done that, if so, do you have a pattern?

Looks great!
That looks really cool...I am just learning to cable and although the results are pretty, it's amazing how T I G H T the stitches get sometimes!

I agree that the honeycomb would make a gorgeous scarf - maybe a scarf and hat set???

I love that effect! Do you have a written pattern for that stitch? It would make a great, scrunchy scarf.
