I started this Log Cabin afghan last week. I love how it is turning out. But the picture doesn't quite do it justice. It looks better in real life! The yarn is Lion Brand Homespun.
Ooh, that's going to be so pretty. I want to do one of those so badly, but I'm kind of scared of how it might turn out. I never thought to use the Homespun, but that would make it so soft and warm. Great job!

That looks great! Isn't it a fun pattern? I've been making 12 inch squares for charity (Shandeh's project) and it's so easy to make them the right size this way!
