Can you block rayon?
Well , i'm planning on knitting a beret for me (http://knittingdivine.blogspot.com/2...e-pattern.html) and it asks me to block after finish. Well, i was going to choose a yarn that is a mix of acrylic, rayon and polyamide... But i'm unsure if it's going to block or not ... And cotton can be blocked? I'm trying to think on many options as possible

I don't think so. Only natural fibers like wool block, and even cotton and silk won't do very well. But for synthetics you could wash it to even out the stitches, and lay out flat to dry and should be able to shape it some. Though for a beret, I don't think it would matter.
