The way I attached images to a POST is I use the little paperclip (up with the font, size, color, etc) that shows up when I hit reply... And it gives you a dialog box to browse for your image(s) and then when you have them selected, go back to the paper clip and you should see where it asks you to "attach" (I believe that what it says).

Hope this helps...
Lisa

Those are very cute Lisa-H and Bajanknits! Thanks for making them!

I am also having trouble putting the buttons on my signature. It just comes up as a link . .. .lol I get what your saying Lisa-H but won't that just attach it to the post and not the sig?

Yes, just posts.

I have only been able to attach in my sig by adding it to my Flickr, and then getting "properties", copy and paste that info into the address line requested by the "little mountain" button... because the KAL images aren't within the "signature picture" parameters, I guess?? I am not very well versed on this... sorry... and probably make it more complicated than I need to!

although I did make a smaller one, and it still wouldn't fly... so just did it the way I mention above... but all 3 are in my Flickr...http://www.flickr.com/photos/lisamariez/

I think what I might do is do a square for myself and a square for the swap and when the swap comes round and I have the squares from the swap I'm going to mix my squares and the swapped squares and sew into 1 big afghan.

Since I plan on using a different yarn each month, I am going to make sure I put a tag on each square that tells me what kind of yarn, and the colorway... I would hate to be the cause of someone having to get a shot of benadryl!!

Good idea I need to keep my ball bands as well and do the same.

Unless anyone is allergic to acrylic yarn I plan on using that throughout the afghan swap.Saves getting yarns mixed up and being sent to the wrong person.

Hey everybody! My computer broke over the weekend so I haven't
been able to check in until now....life stops with no internet!!

Those buttons look great, thank you so much Bajanknit and Lisa-H!!

Unfortunately I'm gonna be away for a few more days probably
because I've got the flu Can barely keep my head up and
my poor knitting is just sitting there calling me...I know I'm sick
when i can't even manage to knit!

Hope to be back amongst the living in a few days! Have fun with
your knitting!

Libbie
