Done as well.
My first square is completed as well. I did the mitred square in garter... and was very kite-phobic after reading the previous posts, so may have cheated a bit ... It measures square, and is Veeeerrrryyyy stretchy (something I have noticed with this yarn -- Caron SS shadows).

I am excited to see what next month's pattern is going to be!!

Good morning! I've been away for a long time, no excuse, too much time spending on ravelry. I finally got some yarn for the afghan monday. I finish this block last night. Not happy with it, i think my math was wrong, ended up with a 11 inch block... hmmm will see... to frog or not to frog, that is the question!
Love the buttons, will try to put it on my signature...
Have a happy knitting day!

i like your block a lot, how did you join the two colours together. Looks great. My first square block came out as 11 inches so that one I am keeping for myself and I made another 12 inch one for the swap.

I think the "turning the heel" video on this site should deal with wrapped stitches, is that what you're talking about?

I will have a look, but since I don't know what a wrapped stitch is I have no idea what I'm looking for. will compare it to the pattern and see if it makes sense. thanks

you can check also this video by Cat Bordhi. She's talking about wrap and turn stitches for a sock, but i think you can get an idea on what W&T looks like. hope it helps.
