I've finished my part of the sweetheart blanket and I am ready to send onto the next person. In keeping with the varigated yarn, I used a yarn with pink, white and lemon through it.

Pauline are you ready for it? I'll post it out monday as I'm going to be too busy at the weekend.

Hope your finger gets better soon Shandeh.

Shandeh, do you need more knitters for the preemie blankets? iI just remembered several skeins of Dk and sport weight baby yarn I have in my stash-all pastel colors.

Hi losnana!

I can definitely use you!
Thanks for joining!

I have an opening on two blankets - "Racecar Alley" and "Angel Kisses". Your pastel yarn would work well for the Angel Kisses, so I'll put you on that list.

Just check to make sure that your yarn is 100% acrylic.

Hmmm... I didn't know you could work with more than one color in a section, Shandeh. I was going to PM you about a question on the Race Car Alley Afghan, but you answered it thanks.

If you still need someone for the Racecar Alley blanket, please put my name down. This is my last week of school (finals).

Yep! I like being able to use up little bits of yarn in my stash this way. Plus, I get bored knitting with just one color.

Thanks for offering to join, auburnchick! You'll be the last knitter for the Racecar Alley blanket!

I apologize for not posting sooner to let Doodleknitwit know, but I received the Angel Kisses blanket this week. I'm taking it and the Oddball no.2 blanket, which I also received this week, along with me to my knitting group tonight.

One of these days, I'll take the time to learn how to post a picture on here. I do not learn new things easily, especially if they're computer related. I don't have a flicker or photobucket account, but I do use Picasa to house pictures for my blog. I need to find out if I can also use it for posting pictures here.
