New Knitter
Hi I am a new knitter and I am working on a capelet from arful yarns. The row direction I am not sure about is "work even in rib". If any one can give a simple explanation I would be greatly appreciative.

'Even' means with no incs/decs. Do whatever rib pattern is called for (K1P1, K2P2, etc) for the instructed length (20 rows, 2 inches...or however worded).

HTH,
