sock pattern- knit in the round???
where cna if find a good sock pattern that is knit in the round? I have self-striping yarn so dont need anything fancy. Would prefer an ankle sock if that exists! thanks

thanks i have found so many patterns but i dont have DPNs so i am looking for one in the round

DPNs DO make socks in the round. If you plan on using circular needles you will need to use 1 LONG circ and do magic loop or use 2 circular needles. The do have tiny circular needles, but they are hard to find and kind of hard to use from what I understand.

I just learned how to knit socks on a 12" size 2 circular and it was very easy! Just used dp's at the end. I learned at my local yarn shop and don't know if I can share the pattern or not. But I am also looking in the patterns for the same thing!

Here's a good, basic sock that shows patterned yarns very well. There are lots more socks at lion brand, also.
