Wasn't Elizabeth a great movie?! And, historically accurate! I loved her sequence of suitors. Especially when she walked in on the French prince.

That was a hunch she was right about.

Back then, marriages were arranged purely for power and control of land. No love needed.

It was interesting, if you are prepared to see life as it really was, day after day, and how Elizabeth coped with all the duties, plus a few flirtations, of her reign.
It wasn't as entertaining as the first one, but, it was a good, solid history lesson.
