Patterns for 12" Baby Doll Clothes?

Does anyone know if there are patterns available for doll clothes for 12" baby dolls?

My DD has a 12" Corolle Baby Doll and I was thinking today that it might be fun to think about knitting clothes for her.

I bet there are some clothes in here that would fit.

You might be able to make preemie clothing that would fit a baby doll that size as well. Check the measurements on this Size chart and see if that would work. If it does then they have lots of preemie patterns on this site.

I have a lot of doll patterns. When I have time, I will look to see what I have for 12 inch.
