FO:Forest Canopy Shawl
I bought this yarn, with a gift certificate from my son, for my 50th Birthday! It's called, Araucania, Ranco Multi. It is hand dyed in Chile. It's got a lot of peacock blues and purples in it. I bought 2 hanks...used one and started the next one, but have enough left to knit my little granddaughter, some socks!

I knit a Forest Canopy Shawl for my sister, for Christmas and loved it...so I just had to have one too! I wanted mine longer, so instead of knitting until I had 195 stitches on the needles, I knit until there were 307 stitches.

That is GORGEOUS! It looks like so much work. I'm always so impressed with people who have the patience to knit lace. It reminds me of the swallowtail shawl.
