Someone alerted the owner to this post with the problem, and she responded immediately and publicly! Now THAT'S a company I'm going to buy from! And by the way, speaking of customer service: the no-response problem with Eunny Jang? I wrote to her on her website, and at Ravelry and Interweave Knits, where she now resides as editor. And still no reply. And do you think I'll ever buy from her again? Hmmm. . .
