Best Easy Knit Afghan Ever!

He everyone,
I just finished knitting a Textured Lap Robe that is a free pattern at Freepattern.com. It's a traditional sampler that's a knockout and so easy I actually did it without any whopping errors. Unlike the patten shown, I did it with two strands of Phentex Worsted Denim and one strand of Bernat Satin Coastal. I cast on 73 stitches and finished it as written. The pattern calls for 14 strands of fringe and I did 10. Looks better. The afghan drapes beautifully!

I just spent about ten minutes looking at that site. Didn't even know that I needed a knitted lamp shade cover until I saw their pattern for one. Thanks again, it will be my next non-sock project.
