Computer Clean up !! ??

This is for INTERNET EXPLORER OR WINDOWS PEOPLE OK ..
If your having trouble getting something on the net to open but did have it opened before try the following ok.

GO TO TOOLS :
GO TO INTERNET OPTIONS :
CLICK ON BROWING HISTORY : CLICK ON DELETE.
A WINDOW WILL COME UP FOR THIS.
CLICK ON : TEMPORARY FILES DELETE .. CLICK ON YES AND LET IT DO ITS THING.
THEN THE SAME WITH COOKIES FILES
THEN THE SAME WITH HISTORY FILES ...

IT IS SAFE TO CLEAR THESE UP. BECAUSE EVERYTIME YOU GO TO A SITE, A NEW COOKIE IS PUT THERE AGAIN. IF YOU COME IN HERE 15 TIMES TODAY YOU WILL RECEIVE 15 COOKIES FOR HERE TODAY.
AND IT WILL REGISTOR IT IN THE HISTORY TOO.
AND EACH FRAME WILL BE PUT IN THE TEMPORARY FILES.
AND IF THIS IS NOT CLEARED OUT THEN EVENTUALLY YOUR COMPUTER WILL RUN SLOWER AND SOME ITEMS YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO OPEN.
LIKE THE VIDEOS ON HERE.

NOW ??? Next Item for those with WINDOWS ... ONLY !!!!

DO YOU DEFRAG??? IF THIS IS NOT DONE IT CAN ALSO CAUSE YOUR COMPUTER TO RUN SLOWER, THEN SLOWER, THEN SLOWER ... FOR REALS HERE NOW ...

NOW BEFORE DOING THIS MAKE SURE YOU ARE NOT GOING TO NEED THE COMPUTER FOR UP TO 2 HOURS CAUSE THIS IS GOING TO DEPEND ON IF YOU HAVE EVER DONE THIS BEFORE OR IF YOU HAVE IT DONE ??? AND IF THIS HAS NEVER BEEN DONE THEN DO IT AT BEDTIME CAUSE IT CAN GO LONGER THAN 2 HOURS AND TURN OFF YOUR INTERUPPTIONS HERE : SCREEN SAVERS AND SUCH OR IT WILL TAKE LONGER TOO.

GO TO START :
GO TO ACCESSORIES :
GO TO SYSTEM TOOLS :
GO TO DISK DEFRAGMENTOR :
CLICK ON IT AND LET IT DO ITS THING.

NORMALLY MOST OF YOU ONLY HAVE A "C" DRIVE LET IT DEFRAG
IF YOU HAVE A "D" DRIVE THAT IS LIKE THE "C" DRIVE YOU WILL WANT TO DEFRAG IT ALSO. OK ..
BUT NOT IF ITS THE CD DRIVE OR THE FLOPPY A DRIVE OR THE CD BURNER DRIVE .. OK ???
IS THIS UNDERSTOOD ????

actually this site does not leave hundreds of cookies, I clean mine out manually, and I come here MANY times a day, and I have only had once where I had a single duplicate set of cookies. Most systems come to auto Dump cookies every 10 days or so.
Advice to defrag is good, but there are a few things that can be set up to be done for the computer owner on a schedule.
and please, do not use caps loc

Also, if you delete cookies make sure you remember all the passwords for sites you auto login to.

You can go to CCleaner.com and download a free cleaner. You can specify which cookies you want to leave (i.e. the one that stores your KH password, etc.). It also has a button to click that searches for problems in the registry.

I use this program ALL the time at work (I'm a computer tech). It is amazing.

ccleaner .... hmmmmm will have to really ck that one out .. I get sooo tired of reloggin most times .. lololol

What's nice about CCleaner is that once you get it set up the way you want, all you have to do is right-click on your trash can on your desktop and select "Run CCleaner," and it will take care of the cookies and temp files for you. Very fast and easy!
