pre-smocked fabric

Last summer their were a few who had made sundress out of the pre smocked fabric. Has anyone seen this fabric out yet? also does anyone know if there is a place online that you can get this fabric and they will mail to Canada. Thanks Teri

I bought mine from Wal-mart last year and noticed the other day they had some...I know some found it at Joanns too...I don't have anything else near so I'm not sure if they have it in or not...they are really cute and I also made mom a sock bag out of the material...and my daughter a matching bag

I don't have a Joanns and for some reason my wal-mart didn't carry this last year. I don't know if it is because I live in a smaller city or because I live in Canada.
