Has anyone adopted internationally?

Dh and I have been talking about this more and more. We had hoped to have another child by now, and the fact that we don't certainly plays a factor in this, but we've actually always talked about adopting some day, even before we were married.

We are talking about adopting a little girl from China. Does anyone know anything about this? Any good resources?
