Turn
What does it mean when you are in the middle of knitting and it says 'TURN' I just don't get it HELP PLEASE!!!!!!

Without finishing the row, you turn your work to go in the other direction. This will leave some unworked sts, that will usually be worked later. You usually see this when doing short rows, but since you didn't mention what you're making, it's a little hard to say.
