Patons Shetland Chunky Yarn
How is this yarn? How does it compare with Lion Brand wool-ease?( I personaly found wool-ease hard to work with. Not enough give.)

I love Paton's Shetland Chunky. I have used it to knit several blankets and they have turned out well everytime. I like it because it's not too expensive, it has some wool content, it's easy to wash, it comes in a ton of colours, it's readily available and it's very soft. I am going to attach a picture of a blanket I made for Christmas using Shetland Chunky to show how well it turned out. Once it was washed the stitch definition was wonderful.

I have made lots of hats with it. Great yarn to work with.

I agree -it's wonderful! I love it! It feels nicer than Lion Brand Wool Ease, imo.
Go for it!

I absolutely love working with PSC! It is one of my favorite yarns to knit with, being so stretchy and soft. I highly recommend it.
