pattern reading

Hi!
I'm thinking of starting this blanket, but am looking at the chart they have shown and am wondering if each row is read right to left or is both the right side and wrong side being shown in the chart?
Also, aren't charts usually just showing the right side of the project and you just Knit what you Purled on the Right side for the WS and vice versa?

It looks like this particular chart shows all the rows. You decide if you want to have the different colored boxes be stockinette or reverse stockinette.

Right-side rows are knit right to left, wrong side are knit left to right.

If you want the moon in rev st st, then you'd knit the blank spaces on the right side and purl them on the wrong side; the gray spaces would be purled on the right side and knit on the wrong side.

It'll become pretty obvious once you start the pattern.
