Charts for Making Oddball Blankets
I am so pleased that our Oddball Knitting Projects are so successful! Right now, there are over 200 knitters involved in making Oddball charity projects in the US, Canada, England, and Australia! So, I would like to post some guidelines here for public use.

Feel free to start your own Oddball Charity Knitting group, with a little help from these charts I've made. They took a LONG time to put together, so take advantage of my work! :D

Oddball Blanket Guidelines:

I've also made a chart for making blankets for the Snuggles Pet Blanket sizes: http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3155/2400558768_735fd3b36f_o.jpg

If you prefer to have your group knit squares, here's a chart to help with that: http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2181/2399724229_cd45c9cdec_o.jpg

Thanks, useful info for both oddball projects and now I know how many 6 inch squares that I need for my little ones blanket.

You're welcome!

I use this as my reference for starting a blanket. We only use a few of the blanket sizes right now, but I wanted to be prepared for different projects. You never know what the future may hold!

Now, I just want to make a chart that shows which blanket will work for specific charities. I just want to make it easy for us to do our charity knitting.

You have the gift of organization, Sandy. Wow!

I'm curious if there are any of the pet charity projects going on here. I imagine that with so many pet lovers, it wouldn't be too hard to get volunteers.

Hi,

I saw your first posting on this thread. I was wondering if the SnugglesProject is still around. I know your posting was in 2006. I got there name from the charts you made.

I tried looking them up on the net but it's not there.
Do they still exist?

Thanks!!!
Heather

Hi Heather!

Yes, the Snuggles project is alive and well. Just go to their website (the link jheatherley listed above).
