I don't have a very big stash (fits in 1 large plastic bin), but my DGD loves to organize it for me. She takes out all the yarn and feels of it ant tells me which she like the best then puts all back neatly in the bin. She usually finds a small ball of somethi ng that she wants to knit with. She is 8 and she and her sister are just beginning to knit.

Good job Rachel! I had to sort through my yarn a couple days ago because we're moving and it was so nice to go through it and pet it all and think about what I want to make with it. I use plastic storage bins and labelled them "Acrylic, Blends and Cotton" and "Needles, Patterns and Wool Yarn". I could only flll one of those plastic bins when I moved in September, now I have two....i think my yarn had babies.

Great job! I wish my stash was so small. Well, I almost wish that. LOL Organizing myself seems like such a waste of time, I soon have it all over the place again. I am soooo unorganized. Don't read this ArtLady. LOL You are so organized that I am embarrassed to mention my shortcoming.

Looks great-a nice and cozy place to knit! And I love the lilac walls!
