student made knitting needles
I'm teaching a knitting club at school.. that will only meet a few times. The 6th grade students made their knitting needles prior to spring break and then formed clay toppers to help the stitches stay on the needles.

I think that they are so cute..

Thanks all.. they were really excited about making them. I had a few boys in my MS knitting class too! I was happy to see that- especially at that 'age' .. of so much peer pressure.
