Wrapping you in my bear hugs... know it was for a reason.. try not to dwell on the why.

Time will help ease the pain.. may the pain be eased soon...

Big Bear Hugs...

Please do make sure to take some time and heal...when I had my ectopic last summer, it happened on a Thursday and they told me I could go back to work post-surgery by MONDAY! I couldn't quite stand upright by Monday and I hadn't processed a lick of what happened and I was supposed to work?

I took a week off and felt kind of guilty even taking that much time off...but I am here to tell you that it can take far longer to process everything and heal. Not saying you need to never work or do whatever your daily routine is for a long time...just saying to truly put yourself first and HONOR yourself. I read recently that in the UK, most doctors recommend taking a MINIMUM of 6 weeks off (if you can of course) after such a traumatic event to heal...and I wish I took more time now because processing everything while in the middle of everything else is tougher. Just take things as you can and be gentle with yourself.

Everyone grieves differently and has a different process they go through...and whatever your process is, just honor that and yourself and you WILL heal. You know I am here for you.

We're here for you and so are your knitting needles!
