Twisted Rib?
I'm looking at a pattern that calls for a twisted rib stitch. It says K1tbl, P1.

Just to make sure I do this right, I'm not purling through the back loop too, am I? I mean, it says twisted RIB, and since the purl is part of the rib, I just had to ask this stupid question.

Thanks!

When you knit through the back loop on both sides of the row, all the knit sts will be twisted. That's all you do.

Correct. The purl is normal.
