dragons
I am looking for a dragon pattern to put on the back of a Shizuka pattern (closest to a kimono) for my son. It will be black in color and he wants a red dragon on the back. I don't want to pay big bucks for a needlepoint or cross stitch pattern which can be adapted for knitting. Any help will be greatly appreciated!!!
THANK YOU!!!!!!!

Here's a long-tailed dragon--perhaps not the flair a young boy cares for, but you never kknow.

Sharon Winsauer has a shawl with a dragon on the back. It is called "Heere be Dragone" (note spelling) I think I paid abot $7.00 for the pattern. The url is www.alpacanation.com.

The shawl is hard to find at the site. Here is the complete URL for it.

http://www.alpacanation.com/alpaca-p...sp?name=103724

That is to purchase the ready made shawl. However her name and contact information is there and she sells the pattern.

Just a thought..

My daughter had a black silk kimino when she was in martial arts...

I had a dragon applied to it by a shop. They did silk screening, logos, ets.

They had a dragon they applied, that didn't melt the silk, and was awesome. It was like the letters on a jersey, that type of material. It washed beautifully, and is still in use.
