There is a sticky post in the general forum about needles.

I have Denise and Options, but I will say that I have not even opened my Denise since I got the Options. Nothing wrong with the Denise needles, but I prefer the thin flexible cable to the fat one on the Denise. I also prefer the pointy metal needles.

That said - keep in mind that part of what you like in needles is personal preference. Chances are you are going to get most votes for Options, but if you don't like metal needles then you may prefer the others.
