Intolerable Cruelty Sizing Question
I'm about to embark on Knitty's Intolerable Cruelty. What should I do for size mods if say my waist is 36 inches and my hips are....also pretty much 36 inches.

I'd like there to be some shaping, but because I'm shaped like a ladder...I won't need as much as the pattern includes. Think it's ok if I just start increasing, try it on frequently, and stop increases when I decide it looks good on me?

That sounds like a good idea to me. It's knit from the waste down? It'll be easy to try it on as you go.

I can't help, but had to comment....I read your title as "Intolerably cruel sizing" question. Made me giggle. Love that skirt though!
