Summer Cardi for me
I'm knitting a summer cardigan for myself. My yarn is Debbie Bliss, baby cashmerino. I love this yarn, it is soft and easy to knit with. Here is the site, my sweater is #221 http://www.knittingpureandsimple.com/cardi.html
It is neckdown. I have about 6 or 7 inches knit on it. You can find Knitting Pure & Simple patterns here.

That's cute. I want to knit #241 sometime. Don't you just love their patterns?

Jan, Yes I really like their patterns. I also like # 241. I have their # 201 Neckdown Jacket. I want to knit that for myself this winter.

That is a timeless beauty! I just love the yarn you are working with! Yummy yummy yummy! It displays the stitches beautifully!

These patterns aren't available online, huh? I didn't see the pattern directions, nor did I see an online PDF download price either.

Thanks Artlady, I didn't notice that they were not available online. I bought the ones I have at a LYS. I'm just wondering if I could find them online. I'm on my way to a school program for my 3 year old DGD. She is going to be a gray squirrel. She is excited about it, she just called to make sure I was going to be there. I'll check up on this after I get back.

hi,
I love the pattern! And DB baby cash. is my favorite yarn. I can't tell on the site, but does the this yarn match the 4.5 sts per inch that the pattern says it is? Or did you have to change needle size?
I need a light sweater to go over any sleeve less dress for the summer, my arms just aren't what they use to be! And I can't buy a dress with short sleeves that doesn't make me look like an old foggy! All the new dresses are sleeveless
Thanks,
Jen

That is going to be a lovely cardigan. I checked out the site and saw no 225 a long hooded cardigan and was a bit disappointed that they did not have it as a down loadable pattern.

did a Google search and found the pattern at get knitted here in the UK. so next time I place an order for something I will buy the pattern. Thanks for the link to the site. they do have quite a few nice sweaters and cardigans on there.
