FO - Thanks to MaleKnitter!
I started this top and ran out of yarn. Posted a desparate plea and MaleKnitter had exactly what I needed and was willing to part with it! Here's a like to the pattern:

And a link to a pic of the top:

And a close up of the stitches:

MaleKnitter, thank you so very much for coming to my rescue! I really didn't know what I was gonna do - was actually thinking about frogging. I like this result so much better and I honeslty appreciate your help.

I'm so glad that I could help.
I had no idea what I was going to use that yarn for, I thought it would just sit in my stash forever. I am glad it was used and that top sure is pretty. I only had a few skeins of the shinesport and no matter what I made (socks was all I could think of with such a small amount of yarn) it wasn't going to look anywhere near as wonderful as your beautiful, finished top.

I'm happy to contibute.

That turned out very, very nicely. It's wonderful when we can find yarn that we need and didn't think we could find. It seems almost like a miracle.

Wow, that is *beautiful*! It looks so pretty on you, too-well done! And I agree, how kind of you to help out, MaleKnitter!

BTW, I love your Texas-flag shed (or building of some sort-lol).
