Some frightening info


FDA issues warning about nipple cream.

The AP (5/25) reported that on Friday, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) "warned women not to use or purchase Mommy's Bliss Nipple Cream, marketed by MOM Enterprises, Inc. of San Rafael, Calif." The cream contains two "potentially harmful ingredients,...chlorphenesin and phenoxyethanol," that could "cause respiratory distress, vomiting, and diarrhea in infants."

It's not relevant anymore but it's good to know. I was always wary of using anything.

Doesn't apply to me anymore either, but holy crap! I guess it's a good idea to check the FDA site before using anything around an infant.
