EZ Baby surprise sweater
I finally made one! I know a couple of people in my life with babies or pregnant so I';m so into baby stuff right now. The only thing is I used size 7 needles and worsted yarn and it came out HUGE. I think it'll fit a 4 year old. So I got some sport weight yarn and size 3 needles and I'm going to try that for a smaller size.

That's cute! I did the same thing when I made my two. Worsted weight and larger needles. My daughter's friend is having a baby so I think I'll attempt one in a smaller size.

It is very cute, but hopefully the baby won't fit it right away (for the mom's sake.)

It sure is sweet, even if it will fit the baby in a few months or so. Love the soft colors....
I just made one in fingering weight on #4s and it turned out to be just about newborn sized.

HA! It does look like birthday candles! The yarn is Rainbow Classic. It's a Joann's yarn line Sensations.
