Need a little clarification!
Hi,

I stumbled upon "mosiac" knitting & have no real idea what it is, the patterns look great, however, what is "mosiac" knitting? Is it like shadow knitting?

Confused again!
Thanks for your help,
Carol

Hi Carol,

Mosaic knitting is a type of color knitting like intarsia, fair isle, double knitting etc. My understanding is that in mosaic knitting you basically knit stripes using one color at a time and you slip stitches to interweave the colors between the rows to make a pattern.
