Has anyone made this, and care to share a few pointers?? I think the pattern is doable for me, I would say I am a advanced beginner knitter. Any suggestions??

the designer has a blog, (and has hosted knit-a-longs in the past, for her other designs..she might even already have started one on ravelry.

check out her blog, she is neoknits on ravelry also, and check there.(for knit a longs)

I think her patterns are well written(and she has sometimes been annoyed with tech editors who mess up her clear language.. she is very amenable to answering questions (so long as you don't ask one an hour for days on end!)
