Lace problem solved - more or less

Today I made a strange error on my lace, making me lose 1 stitch, though I didn't know what I did. Because I didn't want to frog, I just picked up a stitch on the next row, about where the "loss" happened.

No problems. Only thing, it happened in the yo twice section, where there is are two strands twisted. On this row, the strands are not twisted, but straight, one above the other.

Do you think it will get fixed when, during blocking, I wind that part and fix it with a pin?
The ways of Yarn are inscrutable.

I'm NOT a "miss", I'm a lady!
