Anyone else take this test? I'm fairly happy with my results, but I know I can do better. It's interesting and wakes you up with the results.

I did it a while ago but don't remember what my "real Age" was. I just did it again but it's telling me I have to wait 1-2 hours for my results...pffft...I won't care anymore in 1-2 hours...

My calendar age is 32.2 and my "real age" is 31.9. I have a ton of things I need to work on though. I think some of the things are silly- like not knowing my blood pressure is a -. Yeah, I've had it taken recently, but as of today, I don't know it. I'm not going to go out and buy a blood pressure machine just to monitor if I know I don't have a problem.

I'm a tad bit overweight but other than that lead a very healthy lifestyle (including regular exercise).

The exercise is what makes mine higher. I hate exercise, but I do strength training 3 days a week so that helped.

with me its the stress levels and excersise. i do aerobic style excersise daily (i have horses) but dont to strength etc ever really.

i was impressed with my result as well. just under a year older than my actual age, but comsidering the year i've had thats brilliant lol
