Does anyone have a video demontration that starts with the cating on (english style)

I'm new to knitting and cating on ha been eay especially with the video from this website, now i want to start practicing knitting rows. I have no idea what it should look like from the cast on, pleae help me!!!

Have you looked at Demo of a Small project in the Tips videos? That shows casting on, knitting a few rows and binding off.
