Decrease for V neck
Pattern, http://www.lionbrand.com/patterns/kj...html?noImages=

What they're calling the "left front" is what goes over the left arm isn't it?
My pattern for the left side says to SSK. My way of thinking is that the left side should be K2tog and the right side would be SSK.

When I draw the S or 2 on my left chest I should have the 2 on my left and S on my right.
So it makes a V, (left and right are written as if it was a person facing you) right-S\/2-left. Where the pattern has it right-2/\-left.

Am I right or is the pattern?

I work mine as you've noted (SSK on R front, K2tog on L). I've made a few lionbrand patts in the past and had em'd them that I felt their decs were reversed and they agreed but no changes were posted to the patts. You CAN work the decs, as per the patt, but they'll be obvious and won't align with the angled edge of the neckline. Some ppl like that effect.

Thanks. I needed confirmation before I got back to knitting, I didn't want to have to frog it after I got the 10" done and it didn't look right.
