feeling all patriotic

Just a thought i had.

I realised that these forums, and another entirely unrelated forum i use make me very proud to be British. Perhaps because the majority of posters here are from USA, it makes me think about all the lovely things i have hear (like the tea thread in general knitting) and things which for me are so quintesentially English or that i take for granted are seen differently by people over the atlantic. Makes me feel all content (although that warm feeling could also be the cup of tea nd piece of toast i have just had!).
So, and with no disrespect to people from other countries at all:
YAY FOR BRITTAIN!!
