wrong side

I want to say that I am sorry if some one else already has a post like this. I would really like some help on this project and I am new to knitting I have learn mostly from my mother-in-law but she is not exactly sure how to do it.

I am working on a wine bottle sack and it says to on

Round 1: (wrong side) Knit
Round 2: (right side) Purl
Round 3: knit
Round 4: purl
Round 5: knit

What I am wanting to know is how I knit on the wrong side? Do I just purl the whole thing??? Also it only says it for the first two rounds but does it continue through the other rounds?

I want to thank you now for helping me in understanding these directions.

Sounds to me hun, like they are asking you to do "garter stitch"
You know that bumpy ol' stitch that you first learned to do?
Except when knitting in the round you don't turn the work, doing one side n then the other (right side, wrong side). You have to work them both from the outside so you have to knit one row n then purl one row to get garter stitch in the round.

In a pattern like this, the wrong side/right side designation is instructional. Usually, the knit side it the RS, but here it's the WS so just knit it as usual. Mark the RS with a safety pin or piece of yarn in case the stitch pattern changes or to know where you might have to do something specifically on the RS or WS. Also, good to mark it because I just realized that this is done in the round so you're doing garter stitch where both sides look the same.

As Suzee says the phrases (wrong side) and (right side) have been included so that you can differentiate which is which later on. As it is knit in the round and is alternating knit and purl rows you will end up with garter stitch which doesn't visually have a right or wrong side since they are both the same, so it is necassary to arbitrarily asign the sides like this.
Just remember that the odd rounds are the wrong side and the even rows are the right side.

Knit garter stitch in the round though, not flat.
