searching for summer cotton top pattern

I am looking for a pattern that I made about 15 years ago. It was a short sleeved top made with a knotty-type cotton. It had a rounded front neckline and a V in the back. Very modest. If someone could help me with locating the pattern I would be oooo so greatful...it's one of those oldies that I still love and would like to make another, even in another cotton. Even if there is another cotton pattern very similar to this one that your know about please let me know. I have a couple of pictures of it here. I hope I have attached them correctly. One is front the other is back.

OOpps I notice I only have the front pic twice here...well you can kind of see the back V neckline....sorry bout that!

I don't know that you'll find the exact pattern anymore, but there are plenty of other patterns that are very similar.

These are great patterns and not expensive. 993 and 293 would look similar. You can always adjust the arm or body length.
