Northeast US Oddball Baby Blankets

We're starting another Rainbow blanket!!!

We are going to begin another of the Rainbow series, Northeast Rainbow II, since #1 is temporarily MIA! I would go with 110 stitches on size 8's knit entirely of garter stitch, 4 inches per knitter.

The color sequence would be:
#1 Knitter: Red (started by MGM)
#2 Knitter: Orange
#3 Knitter: Yellow
#4 Knitter: Green
#5 Knitter: Blue
#6 Knitter: Purple

I love these Rainbow blankets...they make me happy! And they knit up so quickly.

Excellent! I'll be able to use up the red from the Jersey Devil and then pass it on. I should have enough leftover to do 4 inches of garter since all I did was the border of Jersey Devil.

I'll hold Forest Greens until after Jan 5 and then maybe mail both out at the same time. I got your PM Gail so I'm all set for mailing when the time comes.

ETA-looks like Farrow Row Rib was sent on 12/19. I'll see if missyjoon has a tracking number. Maybe it will come today. The weather and all of the holiday packages might have slowed things down a bit.
EATA-missyjoon just posted that Farrow Row Rib didn't go out until yesterday. "these 2 should have gone a week ago–note: this is what happens when you give the package to your niece who is spending the week with you–college age–and you find it in her car–ugh!!".

Lavender Satchel is complete now with a beautiful border. I sat down last night with the knowledge of single and double crochet and I got about an inch done. I really didn't like it so I asked my mom if she would like a quick project and she whipped out that border in about an hour.

I received Bubble Gum in the mail today. Thanks so much for the gorgeous snow flake ornament. It's beautiful and already on my tree!
