Summer Olympics is Finished!
First, the proof is in the picture:


If I have time, I will take another picture that shows a close-up of the border. It is an extremely simple crochet shell pattern (since crochet is not really my forte), but I think it looks nice. As it is now Dec. 23rd, I won't be getting it in the mail until after the Christmas holiday, but I just wanted everyone to know that it is done and ready to be sent to the final destination.

Erica Summer Olympics looks GREAT!! It is so fun to see the finished product!!

We arrived safely at my Mom's house in Missouri and are now freezing our tushies off! It certainly feels like Christmas now!!

Kelly- Winter Wonderland arrived yesterday and it is Gorgeous!! I haven't had a chance to get yarn yet, but we are going to my mom's LYS tomorrow. I can't wait to get started! I don't know what pattern I am going to use yet to go with your checkerboard, I will have to look at the ones in the info link for ideas! :-)

Thank you so much for the bookmark and the stitch markers!! They are absolutely GORGEOUS!! I LOVE them!!

Merry Christmas, everyone, in case I don't get online again for a few days!! :-)

Amanda... you are very welcome. Let me know if you have any questions. Remember to do 3 knit stitches at the beginning and at the end of each row... no matter what pattern you choose. Merry Christmas everyone!!

We just got home from Midnight Mass and I still have to bind off on one of my gifts and wrap about 4 . Somehow I really got behind this year. Next year I am starting my Christmas knitting in May!
