Jack Frost is ready to move along if you can please send me the address of the next knitter. My section was a little bit darker than I had hoped for, I hope it doesn't end up being gloomy. I think with the right colors around it that it should be okay though.
I forgot to take a picture after my section of Spearmint Twist (I usually take a before and after just for my own personal enjoyment). My section was the last and I sent it on to Nannaknits for the border - do you happen to have a picture of it? Or anyone else?
Also, just curious about why some of the blankets are started with only a small section (like a inch or two) - I didn't know if there was a reason it's that way or not. I was going to start a blanket on some needles I had after I finished a blanket awhile back and didn't know if I'm suppose to do a small section or if I can do a full 4 inch section?
[I have Spearmint Twist and Baby Busy Bee that Nannaknits forwarded to me. Will try to get a picture up soon.
Also, the blankets are started with a 3 -6 row garter stitch border to create a nice edge for the blanket. I haven't done a 4 inch pattern section because there are quite a few knitters that like to work on them. And yes, you may always start a new blanket!

Oh, I'm loving the color! Not gloomy at all!

Our baby blanket, Holiday Magic, has 2 spots and a border slot to be filled. Does anyone want to work on this one? So far, nostash2big, bailchri, dimpledapple and krismorales have signed up.
