Summer Break

I'd prefer NOT to take a summer break. In my opinion, it slows the progress of the blankets too much and it is too hard to get back into the rhythm after the break.

I would like to continue during the summer. It is nice to have a small project like the blanket.

Splish Splash Completed with Pictures

Here is a picture of the completed Splish Splash - I used two rounds of a muted ombre in half-double crochet and then a medium blue round in a more triangular shape to try to simulate ocean waves. Hope everyone likes the border as it is a lovely blanket.

It's FABULOUS! Once again you have done a beautiful blanket justice with a perfect border!!!

It's great to see a picture of a completed blanket and I love that it will be perfect for a little boy!

Splish Splash is BEAUTIFUL, great work everyone. It's so much fun to see the end product.

Speramint Candy went in the mail today and here is the confirmation # 0494 2435 6110 3414 4597. My receipt says that the estimated delivery day is Saturday, Mayu 29th. Just in time for a holiday weekend of knitting

New Blanket - Beach Ball
I've started another new blanket. Since summer will be arriving soon, the name of this one is "Beach Ball". WE need five more knitters and a border person. Anyone interested in working on this one? Sign-ups are open.

Have a wonderful holiday weekend!

My section of the blanket(dark purple) seems to have been re-worked. Was something wrong with it or am I just seeing things?
