Summer Sky
Received "Summer Sky" in the mail today on my way to run errands so picked up some new yarn while I was out. Not sure if the previous knitter got a picture after their part, but I will be sure to take one before and after my section!

Just wanted to share with you all about a dream I had last night. I received an unexpected (didn't know I had signed up for this one) Oddball Baby Blanket in the mail. When I opened up the rather large envelope I found a HUGE 'baby' blanket. It appeared that it started as a patchwork quilt and then the person before me had started knitting their section and I was continuing with the knitting. It definitely was NOT the best looking blanket I've ever seen so I don't think we should try it anytime soon! LOL

Busy Baby Bee is beautiful and ready to travel!! Special thanks to Sarah in Utah (AKA sepenguins) for the awesome penguin notepad and the exposure to this cool stitch! I had never done any stitch where you knit into the stitch below. I LOVE the effect! Now I want to do an oddball blanket with all different types of stitches that incorporate knitting into the stitch below!

I'll post a picture hopefully today.

What other blankets are still out and about??

Wait - I have Summer Sky. Did you mean Busy Bee?

My section of Summer Sky is nearly complete, you can send me the info for the next person as I will finish it this evening.
