this isn't all mine, since for some reason I've added to it, but for no reason (sheesh, isn't that usually the case why we have 'stashes')

Hmm, you make a good point, our economy does need some help.

Me thinks you are going to have to aim for two dishcloths a day!

Wow! That's quite the stash!
Phew, I just spent some time over at Ravelry checking out the dishcloth patterns and marking some I think I'm going to make.

I know! I know!

I was concerned about being able to knit when I got here and knew it was going to be too hot to mess with wool and similiar fibers, so I stocked up on cotton during the months before I had to pack. The cone ones were given to me by my mother -- she's hoping to get some of the end results.

The warm bulky yarns I did bring with me I sent to Nepal yesterday with our missions team -- along with knitting needles & crochet hooks.

After I took the picture I found 4 Bernat cotton tots & 2 huge skeins of baby pink cotton (I don't remember what brand & I'm at work so I can't look) I bought to make the afghan from the Leisure Arts Our Best Knit Baby Afghans book WandaT showed us she had finished.

Now I have to go buy a tv so I can watch the olympics & knit at the same time.
