FO: Cabled Newboy
I took a non-voluntary hiatus from knitting (I accidentally ripped off half my fingernail 6 weeks ago), but now that the nail has grown back, I'm back to knitting. Yay!

Here's my first project of the summer.

Adorable hat! That must have been painful for a while, missing a nail.

It's from the Stitch & B**** Nation book.

I was having a hard time finding the plastic mesh for the bill, so I ended up using a flexible plastic report holder (found in office supplies) that is almost the same shade of pink.

Cute hat!! I like yours much better than the one in the book. Glad your fingernail is better.
