Has anyone ordered these?
I've learned how to knit socks on 2 circulars and I want to make some as gifts. I love these from Knitting at Knoon and I wondered if anyone has ever ordered them? They look fun and quick, cuz they're short. Since we live in the desert, the weather is generally warm. They are called "Cool Socks to Knit for Warm Weather".

I love knitting socks ,but I haven't seen these. I think I might like to try and make a pair of those. I check out the Knoon's page and looked at a video on socks. My question is ,what are those large perm rod looking things she is using in the video on the Gusset????

Where did you get the instructions for knitting the socks? I've been thinking about learning how to do this, you knit the two at the same time, right?

No, I knit one at a time on 2 circular needles. My mom (a Michigander!!!!-Me too! You must be one, you Yooper!!) sent me pages from Cat Bordhi's book and with my sister's help, I figured it out!! I had used 2 circular needles before on some fingerless mitts, so that made it easier.

Those are stitch holders. My stitches are not on a holder of any kind;they are on the other needle.
