I wanna make this
http://www.shellykang.com/2008/02/bl...y-wrap-up.html

Saw it on Ravelry. There is a whole group there for it too doing swaps n stuff. This is a great project for all my little samples I get from Elann dot com. I'm on thier yarn of the month thingy. THey only give you enough of a sample to make an itty bitty swatch. I also have all these one skeins of things I bought on sale. I'll have to try to match up same size yarns as much as possible but I really don't care. It'll be a true mis matched funky blanket.

Thanks for posting this pattern...I have alot of odds and ends in a
worsted weight yarn that I have been trying to figure out what to
do with and I've been in a blanket making mood here lately so this
project is perfect!

Wow, that looks like so much hard work. But it sure did pay off. The blanket is gorgeous, it has such a home made artisan feel to it. great job!

Wow! that is so beautiful! I can't find anywhere on the site that says how many stitches across each small and large square is. (I'm not very mathematical.) I would love to do it with leftover sock yarn, since I'm doing lots of those lately.
